DevOps Engineer

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field;
  • Outstanding knowledge of *nix systems;
  • Deep understanding of virtualization concepts (KVM, Xen, OpenVZ, ESXi);
  • Database administration skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure);
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Ruby);
  • Configuration management experience (SaltStack, Chef, Ansible);
  • Intermediate English level is mandatory;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Deep interest in DevOps streaming.

Would be a plus:

  • Docker clustering solutions experience (K8s, ECS, Swarm);
  • CI/CD tools experience (Jenkins, TeamCity, CircleCI);
  • Understanding of microservices architecture concept;
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as a code paradigm;
  • Remote working experience.

Junior DevOps Engineer

Requirements:

  • Strong *nix skills;
  • Networking fundamentals (switching, routing, load balancing);
  • Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python);
  • Strong skills in LAMP stack;
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS);
  • Good DB knowledge (administration, replication, clusterization);
  • Intermediate English is a must;
  • Ability to work in EST/PST time zones.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with Docker;
  • Configuration management tools skills (Chef, Ansible);
  • Load balancing, clustering, HA infrastructure experience;
  • CI/CD concept understanding;

  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, XEN, KVM, etc.);
  • Database administration skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
  • Web projects support experience (LAMP);
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills;
  • Intermediate English level is mandatory;
  • Strong time management skills.

Would be a plus:

  • Certifications (CCNA, RHCE, LPIC, etc.);
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP);
  • Deep Linux debugging and performance tuning skills;
  • Web hosting support experience.
